输血医学工程研究平台

        输血生物医学工程平台主要研究方向包括:血液代用品关键技术研究及新型携氧代血浆研发等;血液保存质量研究包括一氧化氮等对红细胞变形性等功能的影响及高海拔地区血液保存质量影响等;输血材料包括生物材料的血液相容性评价,联袋型全血白细胞滤器、血小板滤器、血小板保存袋等输血器具的研发。
        在血液代用品研究方向,团队近2年获得四川省科技支撑计划2项,四川省技术创新工程专项1项,四川省国际科技合作与交流研究计划1项,累计立项经费192万元;并与四川正康公司建立横向联合实验室“新一代多功能代血浆的研究开发”,与中山新行健医药科技有限公司合作开展“血红蛋白类载氧药物质量标准研究”,累计立项经费160万元。发表SCI论文5篇,中文核心期刊4篇。在输血材料方面,建立了较为完善的生物材料的血液相容性评价平台,获得了国家自然科学青年基金及协和青年基金各1项,承担全国医疗器械生物学评价标准化技术委员会和全国输液器具标准化技术委员会标准起草和验证工作2项,并与国内外多家企业联合开展了包括医疗器械增塑剂溶出物研究,血小板保存功能研究,白细胞过滤研究等多项横向项目,发表SCI论文2篇,中文核心期刊4篇,科研能力得到了国内外同行的认可。
       近两年来,经过全体成员的辛勤工作、共同努力,各方面都取得一定成果和积累,为团队今后的发展打下了坚实的基础。
In research direction of blood substitute, during the past two years, the team has obtained 2 Sichuan Science and Technology Support Programs, a Sichuan special technical innovation projects, a Sichuan Province international scientific and technological cooperation and exchange research program, and cumulative project funding was 1.92 million. In addition, the joint laboratory was established with Sichuan Zhengkang Corporation for “the study and development of new generation of multifunctional plasma substitute”, and the program “quality standard study of Hemoglobin oxygen-carrying drugs” was cooperated with Zhongshan Xinxingjian medical technology Ltd. and cumulative project funding was 1.6 million. The 5 SCI articles and 4 articles of Chinese core journals were published.
In research direction of transfusion materials, evaluation methods of blood compatibility of biomaterials were established. In 2014, a National Natural Science Foundation for the youth and a Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Youth Fund was obtained, and two items of standard drafting and verification work were undertaken for Technical Committee of Standardization of Biological Evaluation on Medical Device and the National infusion equipments standard technology committee. Furthermore, we cooperated with Domestic and foreign enterprises for programs such as testing for plasticizer migration from kinds of medical devices, for the storage quality of platelet in platelet bags and quality of leukocyte filters etc. The 2 SCI articles and 4 articles of Chinese core journals were published, and the ability of research was recognized from Domestic and foreign counterparts.
Through hard work by all the team members in the past two years, each field has made some achievements and accumulation, which is a good foundation for the team to do better in the near future.

刘嘉馨
研究员,中国医学科学院7022至尊国际至尊享受硕士生导师,全国医疗器械生物学评价标准化技术委员会委员,中国生物材料学会理事,中国医学科学院学术委员会委员,中国医疗保健国际交流促进会医疗保健器械行业专业委员会副主任委员,中国微循环学会血液流变委专业员会委员,四川省生物医学工程学会常务理事,四川省输血协会专家委员会委员,中国输血杂志、国际输血及血液学杂志编委。1985年毕业于上海复旦大学化学系,1988年毕业于成都科技大学高分子材料系获硕士学位。近年承担国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)子课题、国家科技支撑计划项目、四川省科技支撑计划项目等各类科研项目20余项,获得各类科研经费500余万元,发表SCI论文、中文核心期刊论文40余篇。
Prof. Jiaxin Liu
Committee member of Technical Committee of Standardization of Biological Evaluation on Medical Device, syndic of Chinese Society for Biomaterials, committee member of Academic Committee of  Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Vice Chairman of China International Exchange and Promotive Association For Medical and Health Care, Committee member of Chinese Microcirculation Society of Hemorheology Professional Committee, Standing director of Sichuan Biomedical Engineering Society, Committee member of Sichuan Blood Transfusion Professional Committee, editorial board member of “Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion” and “International Journal of Blood Transfusion and Hematology”.
Prof. Jiaxin Liu was graduated from Chemistry Department of Fudan University, and post-graduated from Polymer Materials Department of Chengdu University of Science and Technology. In recent years, J.X. Liu has been responsible for appropriate twenty important national projects, including branch project of National High-tech R&D Program (863 Program), National Key Technology Support Program and Sichuan Key Technology Support Program. Additionally, J.X. Liu leads his team to achieve about five million RMB technology research funding, and publish approximately forty SCI articles and Chinese Core Journals.
Transfusion biomedical engineering research team was established in April 2013, and it belonged to level A team of institute of blood transfusion. The primary research fields of this team includes critical technologies of blood substitute and the new generation of oxygen-carrying plasma; blood storage quality research such as the influence of nitric oxide on red blood cell deformability and the storage quality of high altitude blood; blood transfusion materials research such as evaluation of blood compatibility of biomaterials and research and development of transfusion equipments including Alliance bag type of leukocyte filters for whole blood, filters for platelet and platelet storage bags.
