陈波—副研究员

       陈波,1976年生,武汉大学生命科学学院获得理学硕士学位,中国科学院水生生物系研究所理学博士学位,副研究员,硕士生导师。2007年至2013年期间在美国进行访问学者和博士后研究,先后在佛罗里达国际大学化学及生物化学系、贝勒医学院分子及人类遗传学系、亚拉巴马大学伯明翰分校生物化学和分子遗传学系UAB干细胞研究所等地进行分子遗传学,医学遗传学以及干细胞生物学的研究。
主要从事造血干细胞及造血分化过程分子调控机制研究。运用分子遗传学手段在人类胚胎干细胞共培养体系中研究人类造血发生过程中的分子调控机制。已经和正在建立一系列重要造血相关基因过表达或沉默的多能干细胞系,试图通过调控这些基因的表达来干扰造血分化进程,摸索最优的诱导分化模式,并发现新的造血相关基因。同时开展细胞治疗和基因治疗的研究,正在尝试建立一套比较完整基于MSC和CART的基因治疗载体系统和相应的肿瘤治疗动物模型,为未来基因治疗/细胞免疫治疗/干细胞治疗搭建通用平台。至今已在多种国际杂志上发表各类论文30篇,其中SCI论文24篇,引用600余次。
